Sadly, Marc Maron has decided to end his show Maron after it’s fourth season. Personally, I thought it was just as as good as his podcast. Especially, if you wanted to actually see Maron work through his personal issues instead of just hearing him talk about them. Anyway, here’s a wrestling-ish episode that features CM Punk and Colt Cabana, both of whom were guests on previous episodes of WTF with Marc Maron.

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since Roddy Piper passed away. He was as big a personality in the world of entertainment as he was in wrestling. But for every They Live or It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia memorable part that Piper had a hand in, there were other lesser-known roles that he was just as entertaining in. Such is the case in this episode of Walker, Texas Ranger. RIP Hot Rod.

Karate Master was an anime series that aired in Japan about… karate. It also depicted American wrestlers and wrestling fans as xenophobic hate mongers. I have no idea whether or not this was supposed to be aimed at kids or adults at the time it came out, but the adult me definitely appreciated it more than 10-year-old me ever would have.

Just as I was able to seamlessly mash up “Real American” and “I’m Always Here”, so were the producers of Baywatch who brought together two of the most popular, half naked, blondes of the 90’s.

Okay, maybe that’s not the best way to start this post. Did I mention The Miz makes a cameo? Wait… come back.

If you thought Abe Simpson was the only wrestling grandpa, guess again. Before Glamorous Godfrey took to the squared circle on our TV sets, Pretzel-Maker Pickles was contorting wrestlers into… human pretzels. At least, it’s assumed he did because of the name. Either that or being employed by Wetzel’s Pretzels was part of the gimmick.
