There’s nothing wrong with being athletic. In a pseudo-sport like pro wrestling, it’s kind of expected of wrestlers to be athletic. And if you happen to wrestle for Vince McMahon, it’s especially helpful to look the part. Some wrestlers happen to be naturally gifted when it comes to their physical attributes that it becomes part of their character. This is particularly the case with several black wrestlers. There was a funny video that came out about the three characters black wrestlers are allowed to play on TV. One particular gimmick that falls into the “happy black wrestler” category is the amazingly talented, naturally athletic black wrestler.

Jimmy King
Medium: Film
Title: Ready to Rumble
Bio: Despite lacking a wrestler’s physique, or any kind of athletic physique, Jimmy King rose to prominence in a parallel WCW universe. During his reign as world champion, Jimmy King battled through some personal demons. It eventually led to him losing the world title to Diamond Dallas Page in controversial fashion. All seemed lost until two marks in their late twenties decided to help get King back in shape. Jimmy King ultimately defeated DDP to win back the WCW World Title.
Signature Move: Diving double axe handle.
Captain Insano
Bonesaw McGraw

A throwback of sorts, Bonesaw also issues $3,000 challenges to anybody who can last in the ring with him for three minutes. He isn’t above using a steel chair or a lead pipe as a weapon. Probably has a fear of spiders.
Signature Move: Flying elbow drop.

Create-A-Wrestler: Klondike Butcher

Signature Move: Taking little old ladies to court.
Revolting Blob
Medium: Film
Title: Billy Madison
Bio: The Revolting Blob was one of the most vile wrestlers. He would hit senior citizens and sit on his opponents’ heads.
